Opportunities for publishers and sponsors

Edward seeks publishers and sponsors for his new book in English (summarized below). Target readership for this professional level non-fiction book includes: the informed public, naturalists, natural history museums, botanists, ecologists and environmentalists, excursionists and guides, artists & artisans, country life, students and teachers, parks and garden administrators. Consideration will be given to the possibilities of POD (publishing on demand) and its preparation as an e-book.

In second place, there is an opportunity to realize an updated e-book edition of his book SILICON SOLUTIONS in English, translated to Spanish and Italian. Interest for this has already been expressed from growers and supply companies in the USA, South America and Italy.

His latest book in English on BOTANY & BIODIVERSITY is briefly described in the following page

Preliminary title:“For the love of Plants; a walk to explore the sense and purpose of nature”

BOOK  SUMMARY

This book gets to the heart of plants. It is constructed as a walk in the countryside to explore the meaning and purpose of nature, full of botanical information on plants and especially their environment above and below the ground, the constant interactions and adaptations taking place. Of necessity the approach of the book is holistic with artistic and philosophical reflections, full of informative and fine images of spontaneous herbaceous plants to illustrate biodiversity and its importance to the biosphere. It can also be used as a practical guide to stimulate interest in observing and examining plants during excursions in the country.

The book, in English, has reached the manuscript stage complete with: images, glossary, extensive bibliography, index – already paginated. An Italian edition is envisaged. Preliminary features of the book would be: dimensions: 15 x 21cm, number of pages 204.
